ABOUT US
The company Claycon (Pty) Ltd was registered in 1993, which means that we have been operating for 26 years as Claycon, also known as Clay Construction. Prior to this, we owned Prestige Homes which operated for 13 years.
In total, we have been in construction for 39 years and have built many houses and factories in and around Sandton.
No job has been too big or small for us. From alterations to complexes (6 - 8 units) and individual houses from
350 m2 to 1100 m2.
Claycon has been registered with the NHBRC since 2002.
HOW WE OPERATE
DIRECTOR
James "Jimmy" Robinson was born in the UK, but is now proudly South African.
Jimmy acts as project manager, providing spreadsheets of costs if required, and handles all aspects of the contract providing all certificates of competency on completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
20 years accounting to balance sheet.
40 years in construction.
The company has purposely kept "small" so that a "hands on" approach can be run on a personal basis.
